I've finally started making some money and I'm ready to upgrade the golfing arsenal, I don't plan on paying over $1,000 though. I know they come out with different models every year and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how I could stretch my money the best. Right now I'm using an Adams complete set (great for a starter but after 3 years I'm ready for something more). I'm partial to the Adams brand because these have been some good clubs, but they are full of battle scars from practicing in less than ideal places.
What are the benefits of oversized golf clubs? does it really matter if i get standard or o/s?
