First, what set are you playing with. If you are playing well with this set, do not mess with it. Give it some more time. However, if you do not have a full set and want to buy one, start with selecting a good set of irons. For starters, brands like Wilson, Ram, Affinity offer good clubs, and I mean irons, woods, putter and a bag for a reasonable price range. But you may grow out of these in the next couple of years. So if you want to take a longer term view, you can look at the low end irons from Adams, Cleveland Golf, Nike, Callaway or Taylor Made, etc. You can shop these online or go to a golf shop. Once you get your irons, and depending on the longest iron in your set, select your driver and fairway woods. And then your putter and bag. If you opt to buy a full set, it will save you a lot of time, but you get the whole set whether you like it or not. If you want a set you like, and are willing to put in some effort, go and shop the clubs. The latter will also be a bit more expensive.
Personally, I carry a Taylor Made 10 degree R7 driver, 3- & 5- fairway woods, Adams GT500 4- thro LW irons and a Taylor Made Monza Rossa Putter. Took me a while to get this all together, but I feel the effort was worth it.
    Good Golfing Bud!!

    TaylorMade Rescue TP Hybrid $137.30 – $219.99
TaylorMade continues its long-running standard of excellence with the men’s Rescue TP hybrid club. The Rescue TP is distinguished by its steel pull-face construction, whose high COR promotes a faster ball speed and increased distance. The club’s tour-inspired head shape, meanwhile, is smaller than many competitors, promoting greater confidence and workability for experienced golfers. And players will love the tour-proven clubhead properties, which include a center of gravity that’s positioned farther forward and closer to the face to create a low, penetrating ball flight. Other features include a 17-4 stainless-steel face and body, a high-quality RE*AX graphite shaft, and your choice of three loft angles (17, 19, and 21 degrees). The Rescue TP is backed by a two-year warranty.

I agree with most of these guys here. TaylorMade is the way to go, more specifically the r7 series. If money is no object, check out the r7 CGB Max Limited. It is totally customizable with 3 interchangeable shafts and many different weighting options. If you are looking to save a little cash I would then recommend the r7 SuperQuads, which have 4 weight ports for adjustable weighting and a huge club face to keep your shots more accurate.

I would recommend you to buy a Half set. These sets usually include 5 irons, 2 woods and a putter. I think These clubs should be enough ( but I don’t know if you are a beginner or a professional)

Go to your local golf store and try out the demo sets. Just because clubs are brand name doesn’t mean that they will suit you. You have to be confident in your clubs or you are going to play like crap. Example I play taylormade irons, cleveland wedges, taylormade burner fairway woods and a Odyssey #3 putter. As far as my driver is concerned I got rid of my burner and had one custom built from golfsmith, I wouldn’t trade it for any brand name club, it wasn’t that bad on cost either. Take your time and get the clubs that are ment for you. And remember, if your like most golfers pay special attention to your putter, add up your putts and see what club you use most in your bag, catch my drift.
